At ALDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, earrings, insoles, and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and include the printed packing slip before sealing the shipping box securely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
